Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
Tru Tension uses Royal Mail untracked 48 for standard delivery, this is normally a 3-5 day delivery service but is not a tracked or guaranteed timed service. You have the option to pay a little extra at the checkout to upgrade to this is normally a faster service with tracking but is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service. We may upgrade some Royal Mail deliveries to courier delivery at no extra charge depending on the size, weight, and delivery postcode.
FedEx Tracked Delivery (1-2 Working Days)
The days quoted are shipping time, it can take 1-2 days for our team to process your item once we receive your order. Processing times over weekends and peak times can be longer. This does not guarantee same-day shipping or priority service.
FedEx Priority Next-Day Delivery
Orders made before 11 am will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this cut-off will be dispatched the next day.
The priority service guarantees priority dispatch. Once dispatch has occurred within the appropriate time frame shipping costs are non-refundable unless a delay is due to a Tru-Tension error.

Cut Off Time
Our cut-off time for picking and dispatching priority orders is 11 am Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time may not get dispatched the same day.
Priority Dispatch Times
At busy times we cannot always pick, pack and dispatch all orders on the same day, so will take priority over standard postage orders for picking and packing in our warehouse. Our peak times are Monday and Tuesday and after any public holidays.
Weekend orders
Our offices and warehouses are closed over the weekend and therefore orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the week commencing.
Stocked Items
Whilst we endeavor to stock as many items as we can, it is impossible to have every single item and part available. If an item is listed as out of stock or on backorder we cannot ship this item until the new stock comes in. If there are any problems with deliveries, we will inform you as soon as possible.
